Job Title: Automotive Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Mechanic Helper to join our team at Searles Auto. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist our experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians with tasks such as moving tools and equipment, cleaning machines and work areas, and helping with repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing the workshop and tools.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
