Position Summary:
This pivotal role combines warehouse management and delivery responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and prompt product distribution to our clientele. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, dependability, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management:
    • Receive, store, and oversee product inventory.
    • Maintain precise inventory documentation and perform regular stock assessments.
    • Optimize warehouse layout for enhanced operational efficiency.
    • Adhere to health and safety standards.
    • Comply with relevant transportation regulations.
    • Utilize warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and scissor lifts.
    • Prepare items for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
    • Monitor shipments and liaise with courier services as necessary.
  • Delivery Operations:
    • Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to clients.
    • Plan and streamline delivery routes for efficiency.
    • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
    • Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in logistics and delivery is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training for scissor lift operation is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team setting while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software applications, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
