About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Quantum Xpress LTD. as an Electronics Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register and Manage Sales Transactions: Process sales, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Assist in Display of Merchandise: Ensure that products are attractively displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Estimate or Quote Prices and Credit Terms: Provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing information, including credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Greet Customers and Discuss Product Needs: Engage with customers to understand their product needs and preferences, and provide recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain Sales Records for Inventory Control: Accurately record sales data to support inventory management and control.
  • Prepare Merchandise for Purchase or Rental: Ensure that products are properly prepared for sale or rental, including any necessary packaging or labeling.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as operating a cash register or restocking shelves, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the sales floor.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales and customer service operations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 Year to Less than 2 Years of Experience: Have at least one year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • English Language Proficiency: Speak and write English fluently, with excellent communication skills.
