About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and human resources management.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of new departments and senior staff positions.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent EPIC in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, stakeholders, and the public.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior management role.
    • Relevant education and training in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Work Environment
    • 35 hours per week.
