Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and maintain a well-organized store environment
- Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and coordinate activities to meet business objectives
- Manage cash handling, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other duties as required
