About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at thyssenkrupp Materials CA Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Generate and follow up on quotes for all products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sales orders.
- Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist Outside Sales in obtaining customer forecasts and implement firm metal agreements as needed.
- Manage customer-specific inventories and continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Travel as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
- Monitor competitor products and prices to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or comparable experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working within an SAP system.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective listening skills.
- Preferred Requirements: 1-2 years sales experience and knowledge of raw materials.
