We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Desi Bar and Grill. Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Staff Performance and Development: Monitor and improve staff performance, provide training and coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the right products at the right time.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, including catering and facility rentals.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
