Job Title: Accounting Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Ashish Tekriwal, CPA Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, including Caseware/Caseview, MS Excel, and Quick Books.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, organized, reliable, team player, and time management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Certifications: Required certifications.
