Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Terra Losa Medical Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the implementation of our strategic plans.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
- Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of our organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
