Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Educational Assessment and Grading Practices to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing assessment strategies that drive academic excellence and inform instructional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement assessment frameworks that align with our educational goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain grading policies and procedures that ensure fairness and consistency
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement instructional strategies that support student learning
- Provide professional development opportunities for teachers on assessment and grading best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research on assessment and grading to inform our practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in educational assessment and grading
- Proven track record of developing and implementing assessment strategies that drive academic excellence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
