**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Technical Support Agent within our Business Solutions team at ACCEO Solutions Inc.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical support to clients to ensure optimal use of our products, including Avantage, Acomba, Pronotaire, and Procardex.
  • Offer information on product characteristics, usage, and functionality while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Document client issues and follow up with clients to resolve problems.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience in a user support role or relevant experience in accounting.
  • Bilingualism (French-English).
  • Excellent customer service skills.

**Nice to Have**

  • Knowledge of the Avantage and Acomba software.
