- Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance practices, ensuring all software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality and performance standards.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in software engineering and product development, focusing on big data solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and others
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Extensive experience with Snowflake and AWS and DevOps practices in a data transformation context
- Familiarity with inner workings of OLAP databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data product development
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of pride and ownership in delivering high-quality work
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment
- A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
