Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Lead Quality Control Inspections: Direct and oversee quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily operations plans to ensure smooth production and minimize disruptions.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
