Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at TITAN TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, and lead a team of senior staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
