Position Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Internship Programs to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers who are passionate about driving innovation and possess a proven track record in managing internship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee all aspects of the internship program, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry partners to attract top talent.
3. Collaborate with various departments to create meaningful internship experiences that contribute to professional development.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the internship program, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in managing internship or talent development programs, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-focused environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire interns.
