We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Alpha's Bilingual Childcare Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children aged 0-12 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers and lead activities that promote learning and development.
  • Order supplies and equipment and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality program that meets the needs of all children.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, including those with behavioral issues and ADHD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of the job.
