Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the safety and security of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive security patrols and respond to incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies.
  • Perform highly visible patrols of assigned patrol areas/zones and positively engage with tenants, guests, visitors, and employees.
  • Control vehicle traffic on the property and maintain strong knowledge of activities and special events.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid, CPR, or AED support until medical professionals arrive.
Requirements:
  • A valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Standard First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
  • At least 1 year of prior security experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong command and fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handle stress and pressure.
