About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Google Cloud Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a technical leader, you will work closely with the Cloud team to set the direction, ensure expectations are clearly defined, and deliver results on time and with quality. You will handle escalations, provide transparent direction, and encourage team members to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the Google Cloud sales team.
  • Coaching and mentoring the Cloud team to drive skill uplift and help them work through complex problems.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Preparing and presenting business reviews to clients and stakeholders.
  • Working with training and learning teams to support ongoing development and progression.
  • Acting as a central escalation point for critical issues.

Schedule and Location

The successful candidate will work a fixed schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Candidates should be within travel distance from our primary location, Yonge & Eglinton. A hybrid setup is available, with four weeks of product training on-site.
