We are seeking a skilled Truck and Transport Mechanic to join our team at Rossignol Transport Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues with truck systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on truck components, including adjustments, replacements, and testing
  • Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and commercial vehicle systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
