Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

Donna Cona Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects across Nunavut.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules for water and wastewater projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet community needs.
  • Manage contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project status reports to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Lead the development of RFPs, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with municipal stakeholders to commission new systems and ensure smooth operation.
  • Apply technical expertise in water and wastewater systems to drive project success.
  • Oversee planning, design, and construction administration for water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Secure approval from regulatory authorities and environmental agencies.
Requirements:
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant management experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of water and wastewater systems.
