About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Ceramist to join our team at Ottawa Dental Laboratory Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and fabricating dental devices, including crowns, bridges, and implants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Fabrication: Design and fabricate dental devices, including crowns, bridges, and implants, using ceramic and porcelain materials.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient production.
  • Area of Specialization: Focus on crowns and bridges, with expertise in ceramic or porcelain application.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colors, and hand-eye coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Work Setting: Commercial dental laboratory.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
