About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Viaana Foods Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
