About the Role

The Family Maintenance Enforcement Program is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Liaison to join our team in Kamloops. As a key member of our Client Service Representative team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the overall mission of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a wide range of client inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring accurate and timely responses that meet our client service standards.
  • Listen effectively to clients, asking probing questions to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and concerns.
  • Compose clear and concise replies to client inquiries, prepare tracking forms, and forward complaints to the appropriate person for further response.
  • Interact with other organizations outside of the program, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring that client-related information is protected.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Strong MS Office skills and proficient keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, utilizing effective conflict resolution skills and building rapport with others.

What We Offer

The starting salary for this position is $44,000 per year. This is a unionized position and is covered by the BCGEU/BCFMA collective agreement. An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
