We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Learning Advisor to join our team at Bombardier. As a Technical Learning Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the proactive analysis of training needs and validate approaches, tools, and training content.
- Deliver training related to various health and safety topics and Bombardier health and safety standards.
- Support subject matter experts in the development and review of learning solutions.
- Collaborate with different function teams to implement learning strategies and ensure internal knowledge transfer.
- Support the integration of new employees and on-site organizational learning teams to understand skills issues and present recommendations.
- Diploma in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or ergonomy with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety advisor/trainer role in a manufacturing environment.
- Aerospace experience is an asset.
- Experience in a manufacture environment.
- Experience supporting ISO (45000, 14001) audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different function teams.
- Good analytical skills and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in the French and English language (oral and written).
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
