As a Product Development Manager (Startup) at EWOR GmbH, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps outstanding talents and serial entrepreneurs build and scale their ventures. Our team has a proven track record of success, with notable exits including 2BN and €500 million, as well as establishing the largest global entrepreneurship society for those under 26.

This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy a flexible schedule. You will receive venture capital up to €150,000 to enable you to draw a salary and prepare for a substantial funding round. Our team provides a network of over 20 unicorn founders and high-quality entrepreneurship education designed by serial entrepreneurs.

As a Product Development Manager (Startup), you will go through 20 courses ranging from team building to no-code prototyping, as well as preparing venture capital rounds. You will become part of a supportive community of exceptional peers and have access to a range of resources and tools to help you succeed.

The contract will outline our mutual commitments and expectations, including time commitment and payment. We provide a supportive environment that fosters growth and innovation, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about startups and entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product strategies to drive growth and innovation
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and milestones
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and develop business cases
  • Managing product development budgets and resources
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
