Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at CVH (No. 3) LP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and conduct specimen collection as required
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent patient care
