FoICon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice to clients and leverage IT solutions to meet program/service goals and objectives.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and development of system solutions, including the evaluation of recommendations and the identification of short- and long-term project goals.
  • Develop and document design and architecture of system solutions, as well as lead the development of testing, integration, and implementation of systems solutions.
  • Guide feasibility studies and cost-effective analyses of proposed client IT initiatives and ensure all studies and analyses are documented.
  • Lead the technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of client applications through all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements:
  • 10 years of system analysis and design experience, preferably in a large complex business environment.
  • Expert knowledge in reverse engineering physical data models, creating entity relationship models (ERD), and metadata reports.
  • Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from analysis design to development testing and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Knowledge and understanding of information management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
