Job Title: Sports Equipment Coordinator

Cégep de Trois-Rivières is looking for a committed professional to fill the role of Sports Equipment Coordinator. This position involves overseeing the operational efficiency of our sports facility and supporting our Diablos athletic teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance storage solutions and ensure all equipment is organized effectively.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, assess the condition of sports gear, and perform necessary repairs.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of fitness equipment.
  • Manage the loaning of equipment to users.
  • Set up and dismantle sports courts as required.
  • Ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained between bookings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all facility users.
  • Serve as a liaison for specific sports activities.
  • Keep track of all Diablos uniforms, ensuring they are cleaned and distributed prior to each event.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide insights on sports equipment acquisitions.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
  • Completion of high school or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience in inventory control and equipment management.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in French.

Compensation: $23.35 per hour
