About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Nextgen System Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify their security requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  2. Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  3. Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and efficient manner.
  6. Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Work Environment

As a Cybersecurity Specialist at Nextgen System Canada, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
