Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining software control systems, researching and building new tools and technologies to benefit our business products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software control systems using C#, MSSQL, and MVC
  • Work with Agile SCRUM software methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Utilize SQL, XML, and Crystal Reports to extract and analyze data
  • Implement interface security measures using SCP, SFTP, FTP, and SSL
  • Develop software for Real Time Operating Systems and low-level protocols such as Can bus and Modbus
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with electrical sensors and hardware
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and interpret requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in C#, MSSQL, and MVC
  • Proficient in Agile SCRUM software methodologies
  • Proven experience with SQL, XML, and Crystal Reports
  • Strong knowledge of interface security measures
  • Experience with Real Time Operating Systems and low-level protocols
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT or a related field
