We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Director of Philanthropy and Alumni. In this position, you will:
- Oversee the Philanthropy and Alumni Relations department, setting clear fundraising objectives, strategic plans, performance metrics, and timelines; manage all alumni and fundraising initiatives.
- Collaborate with university leadership and the philanthropy team to devise effective donor cultivation strategies, while engaging with members of the foundation board and CapU Alumni Association.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective donors, alumni, and community stakeholders, focusing on securing donations and event participation.
- Work closely with the Capilano University Alumni Association leadership to fulfill alumni engagement goals.
- Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations regarding alumni data and information management.
