Job Overview

As a Food Operations Coordinator at GRILL MASTER, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
  • Delivery Supervision: Oversee and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure accuracy and quality.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
