Occupational Therapist - Clinical Specialist

At Lifemark Health Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with a range of physical and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home and work assessments to identify and address barriers to participation
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on adaptive techniques and strategies
Requirements:
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Clinical experience in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injury, home safety, ergonomics and/or return to work
  • Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
