SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • Compensation starts between $40 and $46 per hour.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • This is a full-time position, providing 72 hours of work every two weeks throughout the year, including a flexible workday every second week.
  • Flexibility is available for remote and office work, with an expectation of at least three full days in the office each week.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and processes through strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficient in various software tools, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experienced with platforms such as Mailchimp, Formstack, WordPress, and Shopify, as well as managing business social media accounts.
  • Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in scoping and mapping workflows for digital innovation and change management.
  • Proficient in graphic design software and programs.
  • Experienced in proofreading and editing content.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and adept at delivering presentations.
  • Possesses post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology, or Business Administration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to connect with target audiences.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, press releases, surveys, e-newsletters, and the company website.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and public speaking engagements.
  • Produce creative materials, graphics, and content to simplify complex ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on key messaging and objectives.
  • Oversee policies and procedures for secure information management.
  • Lead coordination of IT projects, including cybersecurity and privacy needs.
