Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team at MSB Farm Ltd. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring the safe and efficient production of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure timely and high-quality crop production.
  • Implement and maintain farm safety and bio-security procedures to protect our employees and crops.
  • Oversee the growing and harvesting of our crops, including blueberries, to ensure optimal yields and quality.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate farm workers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing weather conditions and crop needs.
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions
