Job Title: Automotive Glass Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at Oyster Freight Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and replacing windshields, windows, and sunroofs on vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality workmanship
  • Plan and execute repair work to meet customer expectations
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
