Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
