Job Title: Beauty Salon Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Attendant to join our team at Harwood Salon and Spa & HK Computers and Gift Shop. As a Beauty Salon Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting the salon team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the reception desk, waiting area, and treatment rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assist with shampooing customers' hair, maintaining and ordering supplies, and performing receptionist duties.
  • Support the salon team in delivering high-quality services, including haircuts, color treatments, and other beauty services.
  • Assist with booking appointments, managing client records, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a beauty salon or customer service role an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
