Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Construction Helper to join our team at ARCADIAN SERVICES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with attention to detail.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Pave and rake asphalt with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, restoring order.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
