Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Pho House, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
