Position Overview

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security team and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role involves managing a group of security personnel and addressing any emergency situations that may arise.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for handling emergency situations effectively.
  • Prepare and submit various reports, including progress updates.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 security personnel.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
