Job Opportunity

Aecon is a leading construction company with a strong presence in Canada's infrastructure and transportation networks. We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controls Coordinator to join our team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project cost control systems
  • Provide support in proposal and estimating efforts
  • Assist in developing detailed, resource-loaded schedules
  • Set up project accounting systems
  • Monitor project performance and ensure proper implementation of project control systems
  • Generate project status reports
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing project schedule and cost reports
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of related project controls construction experience
  • College and/or University degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees
  • Willingness for continuous learning and advancement of technical knowledge
