About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our team at RIGHT LINE IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

Event Planning and Execution

Develop and execute events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, showcasing our expertise and building our brand.

Communication Strategy

Develop effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience, stakeholders, and partners.

Team Leadership

Direct and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.

Marketing Strategy

Direct the marketing strategies of our business, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and objectives.

Business Development

Establish distribution networks for our products and services, expanding our reach and customer base.

Performance Evaluation

Evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Staff Management

Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Contract Management

Manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Business Planning

Plan and control budgets and expenditures, ensuring we stay within our financial limits and achieve our business objectives.

Departmental Oversight

Direct and evaluate departments responsible for publicizing activities and events on behalf of our business, governments, and other organizations.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
