About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at SINGH BUILDERS LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired colour and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design requirements.
  • Weight Handling: Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs), as required.

Work Requirements
