We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with VON Canada, you will have the opportunity to work to your full scope, expand your knowledge, and make a difference in your community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to patients in their homes and other settings
  • Manage diabetes, dialysis, medication, palliative care, phlebotomy, and wound care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
