Job Title: Project Manager

At ServiceMaster Restore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with in-house technicians, sub-trades, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved estimates and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and other materials
  • Track and review sub-trade quotes, estimates, changes, and requests for payment
  • Establish effective onsite communications and progress reporting processes with sub-trades and clients
  • Ensure all compliance tasks are completed as required and all job files are completed accordingly
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in restoration project management
  • Class G Licence and IICRC Certification
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
