We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth in the southern Alberta market.
Job Summary:The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, developing customized sales strategies, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various methods including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored security solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals and contribute to the overall success of the AB office.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software/tools.
- Experience: Proven experience in outside sales or a related trade, preferably in electrical or IT infrastructure.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not always required.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google docs, and the ability to use technology to enhance sales efforts.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel within the assigned territory is required.
- Competitive base salary with commission structure.

- $450/month car allowance plus mileage reimbursement.
- $75/month cell phone allowance provided.
