About the location:

A luxurious wellness retreat nestled within the pine-covered mountains of Lanai. At Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, experience an exclusive, adults-only wellness sanctuary on the tranquil Hawaiian island of Lanai. Craft a personalized journey featuring wellness consultations, spa treatments in a private hale, fitness and well-being classes, informative lectures, and exciting island activities, along with dining by Nobu. Aloha Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Pool Host

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Pool Host is responsible for providing guests with water and oshibori service, refreshing spritzing, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool. They will cater to guest needs by offering exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items and information regarding preparation methods. The Pool Host is tasked with responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.

We seek an individual with a passion for service. This position requires a candidate with general food knowledge. Applicants must demonstrate good personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this role to Four Seasons Standards is essential. Candidates must possess a flexible schedule, with the capacity to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will exhibit an outgoing personality and a proactive approach to any task.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
