Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at KAYEN CONSULTING INC. as a Full Time Bookkeeper.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and performing various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • **Maintain Financial Records:** Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • **Prepare Tax Returns:** Prepare and submit tax returns for the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • **Perform Accounting Tasks:** Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
Requirements
  • **Education:** Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • **Experience:** 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field
  • **Skills:** Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will be required to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
