About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager, Municipalities to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our Mobility Engineering practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on detailed design for municipal infrastructure and transportation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Lead business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • At least 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure planning and transportation design
  • P.Eng. (Eligible for Membership with PEO) is required
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, and Civil3D is an asset
  • Familiarity with the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process is an asset
